Data Center Technician I

Network Operations Center, High School Diploma, TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol), Hardware Components, Computer Servers, Hardware Repair, Command Line, Linux Operating System, Unix Operating Systems, Communication Skills, • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic networking knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP (1+ years) • Familiarity with hardware components inside a server/computer (1+ years) • Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs • Basic Linux/Unix command line knowledge • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team • Receptive to feedback and able to adjust performance and behavior as required

Degree or Certification: • High school or equivalent diploma • (Optional) CompTIA, CompTIA+

Technical Skills: • Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs • Understanding of cooling systems and power distribution • Basic Linux/Unix command line knowledge • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation • Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting
