Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei Anwendungsproblemen und Übernahme des internen IT-Supports Sicherstellung eine hohen Systemverfügbarkeit sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Systeme Installation und Konfiguration der Hard- und Software Administration der Server und Planung von Updates Analyse und Dokumentation der Systemfehler sowie Pflege der Systemdokumentationen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Systemlandschaft Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Serviceorientierung Teamstärke und gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
