Job description

Verantwortungsvolle und fachgerechte Betreuung des IT-Helpdesks 1st und 2nd Level-Support Installation und Konfiguration von Soft- und Hardware Bearbeitung der eingehenden Tickets sowie eigenständige Analyse von Fehlerquellen und deren Behebung Technische Unterstützung beim Applikationsbetrieb und Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit der technischen Infrastruktur Koordination und Planung von Upgrades

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik Berufserfahrung in der IT-Systemadministrator Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Anwendungen und -Betriebssystemen sowie Kenntnisse in Sophos Produkten von Vorteil Technische Affinität und analytisches Denkvermögen Dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
