Verantwortungsvolle Betreuung des IT-Helpdesks im 1st und 2nd Level-Support Installation und Konfiguration von Soft- und Hardware Eigenständige Analyse von Fehlerquellen und deren Behebung sowie die damit verbundene Dokumentation Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit der technischen Infrastruktur Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Prozesse

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik Fundierte Erfahrungen in der IT-Administration Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Anwendungen und -Betriebssystemen sowie Kenntnisse in Sophos Produkten Technische Affinität und analytisches Denkvermögen Dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
