Immediate need for a talented Data Operations Coordinator. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Washington DC (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested., * We’re looking for a Program Manager - Validation Operations Support to help optimize operational workflows, analyze performance metrics, and support vehicle depot operations. \n

• Analyze operational data, track performance metrics, and identify bottlenecks. \n

• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to streamline reporting and improve workflows. \n

• Build reports using Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables. \n

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational readiness and smooth handovers. \n

• Present performance insights and recommendations to operational leadership. \n

• 2+ years of experience in operations support, data analysis, or technical operations. \n

• Strong Google Sheets and Google Workspace skills. \n

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows. \n

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. \n

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. \n

• Willingness to travel 15-30% and support onsite depot operations as needed. \n
