Data Operations Coordinator | Fleet & Validation Support

• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to streamline reporting and improve workflows.
• Build reports using Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational readiness and smooth handovers.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to operational leadership.

• 2+ years of experience in operations support, data analysis, or technical operations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel 15-30% and support onsite depot operations as needed.

Pay Range: $90 - $95/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
