Network Administrator for Desktop - Server Network & Cloud Support

• Provide desktop and workstation support (Windows and macOS preferred)
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot servers (Windows Server, Active Directory, group policy, basic virtualization)
• Support, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless systems)
• Assist with cloud services administration (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite diagnosis, installation, and maintenance
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service in both business offices and customer homes
• Document work, maintain accurate records, and follow internal processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when appropriate

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator who can provide comprehensive technical support across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate is versatile, self-motivated, and comfortable working directly with end users in both business and residential settings.

This role involves a combination of troubleshooting, new system deployment, network and server maintenance, and customer-facing interaction., * 5+ years of professional IT support or network administration experience

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Familiarity with cloud identity/security concepts (MFA, conditional access, IAM)
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues across multiple environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills are a significant plus
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
