Job description

1st- und 2nd-Level-Support SAP-Support Registrierung und Kategorisierung der auftretenden IT-Probleme Unterstützung bei der Ausführung von IT-Projekten Koordination von Updates verschiedener Websites Planung, Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege der Windows-Systeminfrastruktur

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine IT-orientierte abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Support Fundierte Berufserfahrung mit WindowsXP, Windows7, Windows Server 2003 und 2008 Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP Teamfähigkeit Selbständige, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
