Job description

Koordination von IT-Prozessen in Begleitung von Rollouts, inklusive Führung der Inventarliste und Installation von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Verantwortung für die Störungsbehebung im 1st & 2nd Level Support per Telefon und vor Ort sowie die Übernahme der Softwareverteilung in windowsbasierten Infrastrukturen Betreuung und Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei Softwarelösungen des Weiteren Mitverantwortung für den Bereich Datensicherung Verwaltung der Zugriffsrechte und Anlagen neuer User Verantwortung für die Störungsbehebung im 1st & 2nd Level Support per Telefon und vor Ort

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich IT oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik Berufserfahrung in der Durchführung und Begleitung von Rollouts wünschenswert Gute Kenntnisse im Windows- und Office-Umfeld Erfahrungen mit Active Directory und Exchange Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
