Installation und Konfiguration neuer Hardware Auf- und Abbau von Hardware-Komponenten Unterstützung im User-Support, inkl. Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der Störungen im Ticketsystem Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene s IT-Berufsausbildung oder entsprechende Weiterbildungen Berufspraxis in der Durchführung und Begleitung von Rollouts Sicherer Umgang mit den aktuellen Windows-Systemen und dem MS-Office Paket Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Eigenständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
