Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist role is a full-time, remote position responsible for guiding new customers through a successful implementation of our EHR. You will coordinate onboarding activities, gather and analyze client requirements, configure system settings, and lead training sessions., This role requires a staff member to have a consultative approach to help clients optimize workflows and adopt best practices. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting implementation issues, monitoring project timelines, and communicating progress to stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and high client satisfaction., You will work closely with our Customer Support, Sales, and Billing/RCM teams as you coordinate implementations.

• 3+ years prior experience in managing customer onboarding and implementations in a software/technology setting. \n

• Prior experience working in behavioral health, EHRs, and healthcare technology \n

• Strong project management experience required. Note: PM certifications are not required, but demonstrated experience in project management is necessary \n

• This role is customer-facing; strong experience managing customer relationships is required \n

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously in a remote environment. \n

• Comfort working with digital collaboration tools and documentation platforms; proficiency in Microsoft tools is preferred. \n
