Senior Full Stack - GenAI & Agentic AI Developer - (Banking)

Client is seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in GenAI and agentic AI to build enterprise-grade applications from concept through production deployment. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, rapidly developing proof-of-concepts, and delivering production-ready applications in a large enterprise environment., * Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs, system architectures, and data flow diagrams.

• Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions to validate feasibility, demonstrate value, and accelerate stakeholder adoption.
• Own end-to-end full stack development, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, Terraform infrastructure, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and optimize high-performance, data-intensive applications that support large-scale datasets with low latency and high reliability.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise identity providers, internal APIs, and shared services operating across multiple business lines.
• Leverage GenAI-assisted development tools and agentic AI frameworks to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and engineering best practices.
• Architect and implement multi-agent systems, including agent roles, orchestration patterns, tool integrations, and memory strategies using frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Coordinate enterprise production deployments by working through application standards, ServiceNow change processes, infrastructure reviews, security requirements, and platform team dependencies.

• Advanced Python development experience, including Flask and FastAPI.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise with React, Next.js, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or equivalent utility-first CSS frameworks.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), Cloud Storage, Cloud IAM, VPC, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Gemini and Google ADK.
• Knowledge of APIGEE for API management and integration.
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code and cloud resource provisioning.
• Experience with GitLab repositories, branching strategies, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of container orchestration, deployment automation, and environment promotion workflows.
• Experience designing and optimizing high-performance, data-intensive applications.
• Strong SQL proficiency across large-scale analytical and transactional databases.
• Experience with data pipeline design, optimization, caching strategies, asynchronous processing, and query tuning.
• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and GenAI application design.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, including Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience designing, deploying, and managing multi-agent systems where specialized agents collaborate to complete complex tasks.
• Experience integrating GenAI capabilities through platforms such as Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Google Code Assist, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory group management, RBAC patterns, SSO, and Okta integrations.
• Experience using ServiceNow for change requests, service requests, approvals, and production deployment coordination.
• Ability to navigate enterprise change management, production governance, release management, and cross-functional operational processes.
• Minimum 7 years of professional hands-on software development experience, including at least 5 years in a full stack development capacity.
• Demonstrated experience building and delivering enterprise-grade applications from the ground up rather than solely maintaining existing systems.

• Experience working within large financial institutions or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cloud, networking, DevOps, infrastructure, security, data, and business organizations.
• Track record of independently driving technical initiatives from concept through production deployment.
