• Experience leading AI initiatives across business, operations, and technology functions
• Experience taking AI solutions from concept through production
• Strong understanding of AI governance and Responsible AI practices in regulated financial institutions
• Experience with model risk management, security, compliance, and AI observability
• Experience leading global architecture and engineering teams
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience mentoring architects and engineering teams on AI best practices

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field preferred.
