Experience Designer - onsite in Pittsburgh or Dallas

Must have hands-on native mobile design experience for both iOS (iPhone) and Android. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

Lead the design process while partnering closely with technical teams and functional project managers.

Ability to operate at both the strategic, high-level perspective and the detailed execution level.

Strong customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand customer needs, identify the problem to be solved, define the appropriate design and technical solutions, and drive implementation through completion., * 8+ years of professional experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer \n

• Strong hands on experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) \n

• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping \n

• Experience working within and applying enterprise design systems \n

• Solid understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, and accessibility fundamentals \n

• Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers in agile teams \n

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver production ready design assets

• Executes UX and UI designs for native mobile digital products under the guidance of senior and lead designers \n

• Applies human centered design principles and established experience standards \n

• Uses Figma and enterprise design systems to produce scalable and accessible designs \n

• Partners with product and engineering teams throughout delivery \n

• Produces design artifacts including wireframes, high fidelity designs, and prototypes \n

• Incorporates feedback from design critiques and usability insights \n

• Supports risk management, compliance, accessibility, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense \n

• Contributes to improving design quality and consistency across the mobile product ecosystem \n

• Executing designs for native mobile experiences using established design patterns, standards, and frameworks \n

• Leveraging design system to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across features and journeys \n
