Founding Senior Full-Stack Engineer in New York

As a Founding Senior Engineer, you’ll serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing and building the core systems powering the platform. You’ll work across backend infrastructure, data systems, AI-enabled automation, integrations, and product development.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience \n

• Strong full-stack development background, with particular strength in backend systems and infrastructure \n

• Experience building and shipping production-grade products in fast-paced startup environments \n

• Proven ability to own projects from architecture through deployment and maintenance \n

• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and/or Python \n

• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems

What You’ll Be Working On

• Building scalable data infrastructure capable of tracking and analyzing millions of customer and business events \n

• Designing systems that connect actions, outcomes, and commercial performance across customer lifecycles \n

• Developing agentic AI workflows that can evaluate business performance, recommend optimizations, and execute actions autonomously \n

• Owning backend architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and product functionality from concept to production \n

• Building and maintaining integrations with major commerce, marketing, and advertising platforms \n

• Scaling systems to support a rapidly growing customer base \n

• Collaborating closely with founders on product strategy and technical roadmap \n

• Helping establish the engineering culture, development processes, and technical standards as the company grows \n
