• Pharmacy systems, * Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop, modify, test, and maintain COBOL programs.
• Develop and maintain JCL for batch processing, job scheduling, and restart/recovery.
• Develop and maintain DB2 SQL and support database access and performance.
• Develop and support CICS transactions and online applications.
• Implement new application functionality and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Support ongoing business initiatives and implementations.
• Perform application testing and provide production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and application subject matter experts.
• Take ownership of assigned applications, issues, and deliverables.

Cobol Programming Language, Testing, Claims Processing, Healthcare Software, Information Technology & Information Systems, Computer Science, System Test, Software Testing, Software Development, Mainframe Computer, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another job-related field

• Degree equivalency:
• 4 years of job-related work experience, or
• 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another job-related field, * Minimum 4 years of application development, systems testing, or other job-related experience
• Experience with mainframe application development and production support
• Experience developing both batch and online applications

• Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required after onboarding.

• Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required for production issues, implementations, or business needs.
