Requirements
Must-have skills: Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Python, Data Quality Automation, and Agile.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake.
- Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
- Snowflake expertise, including Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, and task scheduling.
- Experience building automated Data Quality frameworks (DQxC) from scratch.
- Knowledge of Great Expectations, dbt tests, Soda, or custom data quality frameworks.
- Experience integrating data quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong skills in code reviews, performance tuning, and reusable framework development.
- Healthcare payer domain experience with Claims, Medicare, Medicaid, HL7/FHIR, and PHI/PII compliance preferred.
- Experience leading Agile teams or SAFe/Pod-based delivery.
