Senior Data Analyst

The organization is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL, data platforms, and business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, MongoDB, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of US healthcare and health insurance data. The candidate should bring a strong product mindset, with the ability to understand business needs, translate them into data requirements, analyze complex datasets, and provide actionable insights that support product and business decisions. Experience working in an Agile delivery model and collaborating with Product Owners, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and QA teams is essential. Domain experience in US healthcare or health insurance is highly preferred. Primary Skills:

• Perform data profiling, source-to-target analysis, data mapping, validation, and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to support product and delivery objectives.
• Apply a product mindset to understand customer and business needs and use data to support prioritization, product improvements, and decision-making.
• Analyze healthcare and health insurance data to support business, operational, and product-related initiatives.
• Identify data quality issues, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Define and validate business rules, data transformations, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Support data-related testing, including source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, and business rule verification.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Agile teams to develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data definitions, mappings, business rules, analysis, and reporting.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve analytical productivity, documentation, and solution development.

• 7+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business data analysis, analytics, or related data-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Experience working with MongoDB and NoSQL data structures.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and data quality.
