Requirements

Experience and Technical Background

  • At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong practical experience developing Back End functionality in Python, using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  • Hands-on experience building web interfaces with React.js.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational database platforms such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Experience using AWS, including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway, to support application requirements.
  • Familiarity with designing and integrating REST APIs, managing code through Git, and working with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience delivering software within Agile teams and following established development and release practices.
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable

  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Experience developing applications using cloud-native approaches and microservices architectures.
  • An AWS certification not a must, but can be useful
