Job description

  • Begleiten neuer und bestehender Entwicklungsteams beim Einführen, Etablieren und Optimieren von Scrum
  • Unterstützung und Coaching von Product Ownern, z.B. bei agilem Produktmanagement und Wertoptimierung
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen und Beseitigen von Hindernissen, Konflikten und Risiken
  • Durchführung von Trainings

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium und Erfahrungen in der praktischen Umsetzung und Einführung agiler Methoden (z.B. in den Rollen Scrum Master/Agile Coach oder Product Owner) im Rahmen komplexer IT-Projekte
  • Background in der Softwareentwicklung von Vorteil
  • Hohe Methodenkompetenz im agilen Umfeld
  • Scrum-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
