• 7-10 years of work experience
• Hands-on development experience with the latest versions of .NET and C#
• Expert knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural patterns
• Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Strong knowledge and experience with TDD, Continuous Integration, and automation
• Experience with CI and automation tools
• Experience with Agile delivery, ideally including Scrum
• Experience delivering high-volume, highly available enterprise applications
• Good knowledge of database systems and design
• Ability to critically analyze designs and code and provide constructive feedback
• Ability to create useful, in-depth documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core with Angular or React
• Experience with microservices, Web APIs, SQL, and Kafka
