Installation und Konfiguration von informations- und telekommunikationstechnischen Systemen Übernahme des Kundensupports per Fernwartung, am Telefon und vor Ort Klassifizierung und Behebung von Störungen Planung, Beschaffung, Installation sowie Aufbau IT-technischer Einrichtungen Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Informatikkonzepten sowie deren Realisierung

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration Kenntnisse mit Windows und LINUX / UNIX Systeme Client & Server Umgebungen Gute Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
