Administration der Arbeitsplätze im Windows-Umfeld Inbetriebnahme von neuer Hard- und Software sowie Servern, Clientsystemen und Druckern Wartung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme Betreuung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Bearbeitung von Tickets im System

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens 2 - 3 jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Support und / oder Administration Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows Server sowie der gängigen Hard- und Software Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und hohe Kundenorientierung
