Architect and maintain a modular, reusable test program framework to support multiple products and platforms + Lead the design and validation of load boards and test hardware, ensuring robustness for high-volume manufacturing + Analyze and continuously improve yield, cost-of-test (CoT), and product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards + Support and collaborate with system validation teams on device characterization, correlation, and performance analysis + Contribute to cross-functional peer reviews, driving best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across teams Qualifications + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field + Typically, 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering + Proven hands-on experience with ATE for analog/mixed-signal devices (Advantest V93k desirable) + Knowledge of Design for Testability (DfT) concepts and implementation + Knowledge of ATE programming (C/C++ and Java) + Experience in statistical data analysis (Excel, JMP or equivalent) + Experience in hardware debug and measurement techniques + Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment + Fluent in English skills (written and spoken) Additional Information Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose ‘ To Make Our Lives Easier .’ As the industry’s leading expert in embedded processing with unmatched quality and system-level know-how, we have evolved to provide scalable and comprehensive semiconductor solutions for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT industries based on the broadest product portfolio, including High Performance Computing, Embedded Processing, Analog & Connectivity, and Power.
