Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and optimize ATE hardware development from definition to production, collaborating with the test engineering team to ensure timely releases of loadboards, probe cards, and related hardware. You will drive NPI readiness and maintain hardware status, aligning with Renesas’ AI-focused power delivery initiatives. You tackle early-stage design reviews, debugging, and vendor coordination to deliver robust production solutions. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, global semiconductor environment where your contributions accelerate product readiness and scale. Compensation / Benefits * Project manage design and logistics of loadboards, probe cards, test sockets and change kits from definition to NPI/Production Release * Review and validate ATE HW Request forms * Review schematic, layout, and BOM for compliance * Support first article build, debug, and correlation * Maintain Test team inventory and ATE hardware status * Main contact with loadboard, probe card, test socket, and change kit vendors for technical, commercial and operational aspects * Coordinate vendor shipments and track deliveries * Own vendor tier strategy for hardware on technical, operational and commercial benchmarks * Interface with ATE Test Engineering team for PCB design and to support NPI timeline * Provide technical direction for production solutions in ATE hardware context Tasks * 5+ years of experience with Automated Test Systems (ATE) * Proficient with ATE analog and digital instruments * PCB layout parasitic reduction experience * Strong debug/troubleshooting skills * Bachelors in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field Key requirements * competitive benefits package
