Epic MyChart Analyst

IG - is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to support patient engagement and digital front-door initiatives. This individual will focus primarily on Epic MyChart and Epic Welcome, helping improve the overall patient experience through enhancements to scheduling, registration, digital check-in, self-service workflows, and other patient-facing Epic functionality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Epic analyst who can quickly contribute with minimal ramp-up time and has experience configuring, optimizing, supporting, and troubleshooting patient-facing Epic applications.

Key Responsibilities * Support and enhance Epic MyChart functionality. * Configure and optimize Epic Welcome workflows. * Support digital patient experience initiatives. * Work closely with Patient Access, Registration, Scheduling, and operational stakeholders. * Gather business requirements and translate them into Epic solutions. * Build, test, troubleshoot, and deploy Epic enhancements. * Support patient check-in, registration, and self-service workflows. * Participate in Epic upgrades, optimizations, and new technology rollouts. * Serve as a subject matter expert for patient-facing Epic applications. Collaborate with multiple departments and facilities throughout the health system.

• Epic MyChart Certification.
• Strong hands-on Epic MyChart experience.
• Experience supporting patient-facing workflows.

• Experience working across multiple facilities or locations., * Has recent hands-on MyChart experience.
• Understands patient registration, scheduling, check-in, and digital engagement workflows.
• Can quickly learn the environment and begin contributing.
• Is not a job hopper and has demonstrated stability in prior roles.
• Is comfortable working with many different stakeholders and personalities.
