Job description
Seeking an experienced Epic Systems Analyst II to support MyChart, Welcome, and Hello World applications, focusing on system build, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support., * Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications and workflows.
- Analyze user requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Support system testing, upgrades, implementations, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to improve workflows.
- Provide documentation, end-user training, and on-call support.
Requirements
- Epic MyChart certification/accreditation with experience in Welcome and Hello World.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare IT application or technical experience.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
