Technical Delivery Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Extensive technology delivery experience with Agile/SAFe execution
• Delivery governance, sprint/release planning, RAID management and quality gates
• KPI/SLA tracking, stakeholder reporting and managed-services transition

• Life & Annuity delivery exposure and onsite-offshore coordination Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery governance, plans, dependencies, risks and release readiness
• Lead customer-facing status reviews and coordinate offshore delivery teams
• Track outcomes through KPIs, SLAs, quality gates and governance reporting

• Drive transition, stabilization and continuous service improvement In addition

• Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions

• Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting Onsite-offshore coordination across distributed teams Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration Ability to work independently while following enterprise governance and security standard, BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
