Job description

Eigenständige Betreuung des IT-Helpdesks im 1st und 2nd Level-Support Allgemeine kaufmännische Administration inkl. Planung und Beschaffung der IT-Ausstattung Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Backups und Pflege der Datenbanken Entwicklung und Administration von Systemlandschaften und Cloud Plattformen Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von IT-Projekten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik Erste Erfahrungen in der IT-Administration Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Anwendungen und -Betriebssystemen sowie Kenntnisse in Sophos Produkten Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen Serviceorientiere Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
