Betreuung von Bestandskunden im Finanzsektor bezüglich IT-Lösungen Analyse und Definition von Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden Erarbeitung von Konzepten Projektbegleitung bis hin zur Implementierungs- und Testphase Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen Erstellung von Dokumentationen

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Informatikstudium Erste Beratungserfahrung im IT Bereich, idealerweise im Finanzumfeld Erste Projekterfahrung von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen Hohe IT-Affinität Spaß am Kundenkontakt und Interesse an innovativen IT-Lösungen
