SAP BW/4HANA Consultant (Germany)

Andersen is hiring an SAP BW/4HANA Consultant in Germany for a project building analytics infrastructure and data-driven solutions for enterprise decision-making.

The customer is a large international technology provider delivering end-to-end digital solutions for enterprise-level organizations. The company focuses on IT consulting, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed operations, supporting clients across various industries with complex digital transformation needs. With decades of experience, the customer emphasizes innovation, reliability, and high security standards.

The project focuses on building a centralized, data-driven analytics infrastructure within the real estate and construction management domain using SAP BW/4HANA. The goal is to establish reliable data foundations across multiple business areas to enable better decision-making, reporting, and early risk detection., * Reviewing functional and business concepts.

• Creating technical implementation concepts based on business requirements.
• Independently implementing data models and scenarios in SAP BW/4HANA.
• Integrating SAP and non-SAP source systems to establish reliable and consistent data foundations.
• Collaborating closely with clients and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Building and enhancing data platforms supporting construction management, real estate controlling, portfolio management, and reporting processes.
• Contributing to data-driven initiatives, including early warning systems and centralized reporting/data foundations.

Do you have experience in SAP BW 4HANA?, * Professional experience in new implementation and modeling of SAP BW/4HANA solutions for 4+ years.

• Experience connecting SAP and Non-SAP source systems.
• Experience in development of SAP BW/4HANA authorization concepts.
• SAP Interfaces knowledge.
• Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of German - from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of Analysis for Office.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Background in real estate, controlling, portfolio management, or sustainability.
• Strong communication skills and structured working style.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical topics.
• Knowledge of the real estate domain.
