Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management Lead to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM), with a strong focus on the Order Management module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management, end-to-end order-to-cash processes, solution design, and team leadership., * Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Order Management.

• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Configure Order Management rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment flows, and business policies.
• Integrate Order Management with Inventory Management, Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
• Lead functional workshops, solution reviews, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration.
• Provide functional leadership, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues and support post-go-live stabilization.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM - Order Management.
• Expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience with order orchestration, fulfillment workflows, and Order Management configuration.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM integrations with Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, fit-gap analysis, and solution documentation.
• Proven experience leading functional teams or Oracle Fusion SCM implementation workstreams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills., * Experience with full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience with data conversion, SIT, UAT, cutover, and production support.
• Oracle Fusion SCM certifications are a plus.

Work Location Requirement

This is an onsite opportunity in St. Louis, Missouri. Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite at the client location.
