Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications. Responsibilities include: * Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable * Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations * Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution * Carries out migration of the changes to production * Assists with technical design and documentation * Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements Here’s

what you need: * 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development or administrator experience Bonus Points if you have: * Security + CE * ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (CSA) * Custom application development experience * Bachelor’s degree Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance
