| Solution Specialist (Flemish-speaking) | Cloud Solutions Hybrid | High-Tech Industry Location: Benalmádena / Málaga, SpainWork Model: HybridSchedule: Full-time | 39h/week | Monday to Friday | 09:**:00Languages: Flemish & EnglishStart Date: ASAPWe are hiring a Flemish-speaking Solution Specialist to join a hybrid role in Benalmádena , focused on cloud solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.This position combines technical expertise and consultative sales skills in a fast-paced, international environment.Role OverviewAs a Solution Specialist , you will support the sales cycle by presenting cloud solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers receive accurate technical and pricing guidance.Key responsibilities include:Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teamsPresenting cloud solution value propositions aligned with customer business goalsProviding technical overviews based on customer needs and usage scenariosSupporting cloud adoption and customer success initiativesValidating implementation requirements and pricing calculationsDelivering solution demonstrations via online toolsConducting group and individual training sessions when requiredRequirementsFlemish: FluentEnglish: Fluent3–6 years of experience in technology sales, solution consulting, or business developmentFundamental cloud certification (required)Solid understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planningExperience with cloud productivity, collaboration, or communication solutionsStrong communication and presentation skillsResults-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environmentNice to have:L200 certificationKnowledge of identity, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud or hybrid environmentsSalary & Benefits€36,000 gross per yearPerformance bonus up to €6,000 gross per yearPrivate medical insuranceFull-time permanent Spanish contractPaid training and onboardingCareer development programs and specialized coursesHybrid work modelModern office in Benalmádena, close to the beachRelocation support (if applicable)#J-***-Ljbffr |
Requirements
Flemish: Fluent English: Fluent 3–6 years of experience in technology sales, solution consulting, or business development Fundamental cloud certification (required) Solid understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning Experience with cloud productivity, collaboration, or communication solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Results-driven and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment Nice to have: L200 certification Knowledge of identity, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud or hybrid environments
