Job description
We are seeking a skilled specialist to support, enhance, and modernize core enterprise platforms., * Workflow & Content Management: Design, build, and maintain enterprise business workflows using IBM BAW and FileNet.
- System Integration: Develop REST/SOAP APIs and backend components to integrate IBM platforms with Java applications and enterprise databases.
- Document Processing: Support and optimize Kofax Capture scanning, OCR, indexing, and validation processes.
- Support & Modernization: Troubleshoot complex system defects, perform code reviews, and migrate source control to Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
- IBM FileNet (Content Engine APIs, document management, object stores)
- Java / J2EE Development
- Kofax Capture (Scanning workflows, OCR, document indexing, batch processing)
- REST & SOAP Web Services (API integration, XML, JSON)
- Relational Databases & SQL
Secondary / Preferred Skills:
- IBM Case Manager & IBM Content Navigator (Customization & plugin development)
- DevOps & Version Control (Azure DevOps / ADO, Git, TFS)
- Tungsten TotalAgility
- Microsoft .NET Technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
- IBM Certifications in BAW or FileNet, * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in enterprise application development, maintenance, and system integration.
- Domain: 5+ years hands-on experience in IBM workflow and content management platforms.
