Software Engineer- .Net/ Healthcare Interoperability (FHIR/HL7)

The Full Stack Developer designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements web-based software applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, CSS, SSIS, and SQL. This role supports the full software development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface and user experience considerations, and back-end server management.

The position also requires an understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7, and CCD documents, and the ability to apply established technical standards, development procedures, deployment practices, and environment verification requirements. The developer works collaboratively with technical and business teams to deliver reliable software solutions and resolve technical issues of moderate scope and complexity.

Required experience:

Experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing software applications.

Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET and C#.

Experience developing and maintaining applications using the ASP.NET MVC Framework.

Experience with JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience using SQL and SSIS to support database integrations and application data requirements.

Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7, and CCD documents.

Experience participating in multiple stages of the software development lifecycle.

Experience supporting front-end and back-end development.

Experience integrating applications with databases and related systems.

Experience supporting network, hosting, and back-end server management activities.

Experience considering UI/UX requirements during application development.

Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Experience applying established technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and development techniques.

Ability to follow established development, deployment, and environment verification standards.

Ability to adapt to organizational procedures and product delivery standards.
