Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Delivery Lead

• Lead SFCC platform transition, knowledge transfer, and managed services delivery.
• Oversee production support, incident resolution, and platform enhancements.
• Design and guide integrations involving SFCC, Salesforce CPQ, and Order Management.
• Support catalog management, promotions, checkout, and release management.
• Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable commerce solutions.

TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Delivery Lead / Solution Architect to manage platform transition, production support, enhancements, and integrations. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on SFCC expertise with strong solution architecture, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management skills., * 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Order Management.
• Experience leading SFCC managed services, production support, and enhancements.
• Knowledge of catalog management, promotions, checkout, and release management.
• Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in telecom, broadband, subscription commerce, or digital commerce.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telco B2B/B2C commerce experience.
• Enterprise platform transition and knowledge transfer experience.
