Job description
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Delivery Lead/Solution Architect to lead the transition, support, and enhancement of a Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. The role will own production support, backlog management, sprint delivery, and stakeholder engagement while driving integrations across SFCC, CPQ, and Order Management ecosystems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SFCC experience.
- Proven experience leading SFCC managed services, production support, and enhancement delivery engagements.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Order Management experience. (Catalog Management, Promotions, Checkout, Release Management)
- Experience managing agile teams, sprint delivery, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder governance.
- Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills.
- Telecom, broadband, subscription-based commerce, or digital commerce experience.
Preferred:
- Telco B2B/B2C domain expertise
- Experience leading transition and knowledge-transfer programs in enterprise environments.
