Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using AWS cloud-native services and architectures to support business and technical requirements.

Build and integrate AI capabilities using AWS Bedrock, supporting foundation model access, application workflows, and generative AI solution development.

Develop Python-based components, services, and integrations to support AI application functionality, data processing, automation, and system interoperability.

Test, debug, optimize, and troubleshoot AI applications to improve reliability, performance, scalability, and alignment with established security and quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

Experience developing AI applications and cloud-native solutions using AWS services, AWS Bedrock, and Python. Specific years of experience are not specified.

Technical Skills:

AWS Cloud, AWS Bedrock, Python, Cloud-Native Development, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI Application Development, API Integration, Application Testing, Troubleshooting

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience developing AI-enabled business applications that support operational workflows, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience translating business requirements into AI application capabilities, integrating AI services into existing systems, and supporting end-to-end solution delivery.

Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, cloud engineering teams, and application developers to deliver scalable, maintainable, and reliable AI solutions.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., Experience implementing generative AI solutions using managed foundation models and cloud-based AI services.

Strong Python programming, application development, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
