• 6+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy organizations.
• Ability to work with HR leadership and business stakeholders in large-scale transformation programs., BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
