ERP System Analyst

My name is Bipasa, and I’m reaching out from Intellectt Inc. regarding an exciting opportunity for ERP System Analyst based in Milpitas, California., We are seeking an experienced ERP System Analyst with strong expertise in Flexflow, SQL/MSSQL, and .NET. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, developing and customizing Flexflow solutions, supporting ERP integrations, performing functional and integration testing, and providing L2/L3 production support., Gather requirements from customers, business teams, and operations to design and map solutions. Develop and customize Flexflow to support new customer requirements and process improvements. Participate in new customer onboarding by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Standardize solutions and prepare technical documentation and implementation playbooks. Design and implement integrations between Flexflow, Baan ERP, test equipment, and external customer systems. Perform functional and integration testing of implemented solutions. Provide day-to-day L2/L3 support for Flexflow, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Implement preventive and corrective actions to resolve recurring issues. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
