Job description

This role is responsible for administering, integrating, and supporting core enterprise applications (ERP, MES, PLM, CRM) and IT infrastructure to ensure system security, operational continuity, and business alignment., * Enterprise & ERP Administration: Manage application access, system performance, configurations, upgrades, and master data across core platforms (finance, supply chain, manufacturing).

  • Systems Integration & Analytics: Support cross-system data flows via APIs, EDI, and middleware while maintaining reporting tools and BI dashboards.
  • IT Infrastructure & Technical Support: Provide hands-on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for global end users, devices, and office technology.
  • Projects & System Enhancements: Drive software implementations, test new features, streamline processes through automation, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Security, Governance & Maintenance: Enforce access controls, maintain compliance and audit logs, document procedures, and manage regular backups and IT assets.

Requirements

  • ERP & Manufacturing Apps: Experience administering ERP (NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics) plus MES, PLM, CRM, and BI/reporting tools.
  • Systems, Security & Integration: Windows admin, RBAC security, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and scripting (PowerShell/SQL).
  • Experience & Certs: ERP certifications, global/multi-entity setups, regulated standards (SOX, ISO 27001), and ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, stress management, and clear technical communication., * ERP systems: 3 years (Required)
  • System administration: 3 years (Required)
  • Enterprise Applications: 3 years (Required)
