They are seeking a highly autonomous, senior hands-on engineer who is ready to take complete independent project ownership, lead architectural collaborations, and provide strong technical execution within a tight, specialized engineering team of five full-time developers., n \n

• Degree: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field. \n

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional software engineering experience. Must reflect senior/staff capabilities but prefer remaining primarily a hands-on individual contributor. \n

• Core Tech Stack Mastery: Exceptional, deep expertise with Java as your primary engineering language. \n

• Production experience with Temporal/Cadence is an ideal requirement. \n

• Architectural Experience: Proven experience in heavy data optimization, high-throughput pipelines, and large-scale data ingestion ecosystems. \n

• Database Experience: Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience utilizing graph database architectures like Neo4j. \n

• Deployment Mastery: Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying containerized applications into production via Kubernetes clusters. \n
