IT Hardware Fulfillment Specialist

Join a hands-on hardware fulfillment role supporting a fast-paced technology operations environment. This position focuses on inventory accuracy, hardware configuration, and timely fulfillment of requests that help keep devices moving across stores, distribution centers, and headquarters locations. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship hardware needed for incident resolution and day-to-day support
• Track inventory movement carefully and help maintain accurate stock records
• Reconcile inventory data and support routine reporting and documentation
• Configure hardware and apply firmware using established procedures
• Work with internal contacts to understand needs and provide clear updates
• Support warranty-related processing and hardware handling activities
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing pallets and packages in a warehouse setting
• Adapt to changing priorities and help wherever support is needed during the day

• Experience working with inventory systems and maintaining detailed records
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reporting
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Comfort working independently with limited oversight
• Computer literacy and confidence using business tools and systems
• Ability to lift and move pallets and packages weighing 25 lbs. or more

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Excel, and SharePoint
• Background in shipping, inventory management systems, or warehouse operations
• Technical degree or exposure to technology-focused support work
• Interest in learning new and evolving technologies
