Job description
Seeking an experienced UI Lead / Front-End Technical Lead to lead front-end development, design scalable UI architectures, build reusable components, and deliver high-performance, responsive, and accessible web applications. Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI development and define front-end architecture and best practices.
- Develop reusable components using React.js or Angular, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Integrate REST APIs and optimize application performance.
- Implement state management using Redux or NgRx.
- Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility.
- Conduct code reviews and implement unit testing.
- Collaborate with design, backend, and DevOps teams on CI/CD and cloud deployments.
- Support micro-frontends, design systems, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular and Next.js.
- Experience with Redux/NgRx and Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of UI architecture, reusable components, and REST API integration.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Jasmine.
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and micro-frontends.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and front-end performance optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and Agile/Scrum experience.
