Job description
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in source control, CI/CD pipeline development, Azure infrastructure deployment, and release automation. The ideal candidate will build and maintain automated pipelines for application services, databases, APIs, and Azure cloud resources. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps YAML and GitHub Actions.
- Manage Azure Repos, GitHub repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review processes.
- Build pipelines for compiling, testing, packaging, publishing, and deploying applications.
- Develop reusable pipeline templates, variables, variable groups, and parameters.
- Configure environment approvals, release gates, deployment permissions, and service connections.
- Provision Azure resources using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Azure CLI and PowerShell.
- Manage resource groups, managed identities, RBAC, Key Vault, and environment configurations.
- Automate database deployments and upgrades.
- Build deployment workflows for Azure Function Apps, microservices, API Management, and Web API containers.
- Support deployments involving Azure AI Document Intelligence, Redis, and Azure Service Bus.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and improve deployment reliability and consistency.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of DevOps or CI/CD engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Experience designing build, test, package, and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Experience with Azure CLI and PowerShell.
- Understanding of Azure RBAC, Key Vault, managed identities, and service connections.
- Experience with release management and deployment automation.
Preferred Skills
- Database deployment automation.
- Azure Functions and microservices.
- API Management and containerized web APIs.
- Redis, Azure Service Bus, and Azure AI Document Intelligence.
- Reusable CI/CD templates and multi-environment deployment strategies.
