Java Full Stack Developer

JavaScript Python AI - Assisted Development Angular Java CSS HTML, We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to support and enhance cyber data applications focused on IAM, cyber risk, and continuous control monitoring. This position operates in a fast-paced delivery environment and requires strong technical depth, problem-solving ability, and the judgment to effectively validate and refine AI-generated code.

This role is based in Jersey City, NJ and follows a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, build, maintain, and enhance existing applications using a mix of front-end and back-end technologies, with approximately 50% focus on front-end and 50% on back-end development

• Front-End Engineering: Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular

• Back-End Engineering: Build and support server-side functionality using Java 18+, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies

• AI-Assisted Development: Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Codex to accelerate development, generate code, review and debug AI-generated outputs, correct logic and security issues, optimize performance, and validate results through testing

• Application Support & Enhancement: Maintain and improve multiple existing cyber-related applications used daily by a large internal user base

• API Development & Integration: Develop and integrate REST APIs, GraphQL services, authentication workflows, and third-party system connections

• Database Management: Work with SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and database design to support reliable and scalable application performance

• DevOps & Collaboration: Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker to support efficient development, deployment, and team collaboration

• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the stack, including code, integration, and performance-related challenges

• AI Enablement: Help connect applications to AI agents and contribute to the practical adoption of AI within the development lifecycle

• 5-10 years of full stack development experience

• Strong front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular 21+

• Strong back-end development experience with Java 18+, Python, and Node.js

• Practical AI-assisted coding experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Codex

• Experience with SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and database design

• Experience developing and integrating APIs, including REST and GraphQL

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and workflows including Git, CI/CD, and Docker

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

• Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working on cyber, IAM, cyber risk, or data-focused applications

• Experience integrating applications with AI agents or AI-enabled features

• Exposure to continuous control monitoring or other high-usage enterprise applications
