Prototype Build Engineer

• Lead part procurement activities for prototype builds.
• Resolve supplier-related issues across multiple vehicle programs.
• Provide design support to ensure prototype components meet specifications and function properly during builds.
• Create Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Develop process sheets/work instructions that guide build operators on proper component installation.
• Support prototype builds on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot fitment issues and electrical component concerns during vehicle builds.
