• Designing, developing and maintaining modern applications, APIs and digital services
• Contributing to the full software development lifecycle, from design through to deployment and support
• Building robust, scalable and maintainable solutions using modern engineering practices
• Developing cloud-native applications and contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Applying test-driven development, automated testing and quality engineering principles
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, Business Analysts and fellow engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Using AI-assisted development tools and contributing to the adoption of intelligent technologies
• Troubleshooting issues, resolving technical challenges and continuously improving existing applications
• Supporting secure, resilient and reliable software delivery

• Commercial experience developing software applications within a modern engineering environment
• Strong development skills across technologies such as TypeScript, React, C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core
• Experience building and integrating APIs and web services
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns and secure coding principles
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and quality-first engineering practices
• An interest in AI technologies and how they can improve products, services and engineering productivity
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
