Job description

• Lead software development teams and technical planning utilizing Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive application roadmaps, epics, and features for new and existing applications.
• Capture and validate system requirements while actively managing schedules and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate verification, validation, and deployment activities across cross-functional technical teams., * Lead one or more software development teams and serve as a technical liaison for complex application and system development.
• Drive all aspects of product design, collaborating with product managers to refine requirements and prioritize backlogs.
• Establish implementation timelines, project governance plans, milestones, and success criteria using tailored Agile and SAFe practices.
• Perform proactive risk identification and mitigation across the software development life cycle.
• Coordinate technical planning, verification, validation, and deployment activities across teams and mission partners.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and facilitate cross-functional alignment to achieve project goals.

• Total Compensation: $282k+ yearly (tentative)
